These highly trained instructors develop health and fitness programs that include Pilates, strength and weight training, core conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and stability, using techniques that are chosen specifically for each client. Our goal is to provide our clients with individualized training programs that will encourage them and guide them to achieve their health and fitness goals. Our programs are designed specifically for each indiviual based on an initial evaluation that includes:
